PERIMETER source code available at SourceForge

A beta version of the PERIMETER source code for Android handheld devices and the support node is now available online at the open-source hosting site SourceForge. You can find the source at http://sourceforge.net/projects/perimeter/files.
Please stay tuned as we will upload a final version and updated documentation within the next weeks. The PERIMETER source code will be also available on the PERIMETER website shortly.

PERIMETER Technical Reports Available

Check out the PERIMETER website for a number of technical reports related to the research conducted in the project.
A report on the entire architecture of the PERIMETER system can be found in a report entitled: “PERIMETER – User-Centric paradigm for Seamless Mobility in Future Internet Architecture Specifications“.
Research into the use of multiple UMTS interfaces on Android is detailed in “UMTS Limitations in Android”.
An account of location determination work from TSSG-WIT is available in “A Comparison of Formulae for Calculating Geodesic Distances between GPS Coordinates for Google Android Devices”.

PERIMETER Final Review June 2011

The final review of the PERIMETER project will take place in Berlin, Germany on 9th June 2011.
As the project nears its end, the consortium are very busy preparing the final presentations, reports and deliverables of the project.
